By purchasing a ticket I affirm that as of the date of the Tour, I will be at least 21 years of age. I further understand that a valid, Government issued ID will need to be furnished prior to my participating in the Tour.

Also by purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Beer Tours and any of its affiliated vendors for any and all liability arising out of the Tour. This includes but is not limited to transportation to and from each venue and any activities at such a venue.

Southern Beer Tours reserves the right to require additional releases or waivers, at its sole discretion, before conducting any Tour. Venues, dates, and times are subject to change.
